At Bigfoot Betty Outfitters, each order is made just for you! Because our products are print-on-demand, please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and printing. We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Our products are fulfilled by different facilities to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping (U.S. orders), or it arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@bigfootbettyllc.com and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
